When can I expect my order?
We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Do you order on a working day before 8:00 PM? Then we will ship your package the same day. You will usually receive it within 1 to 2 working days.
Do you order before Saturday afternoon? Then you will receive your package on Monday.
Do you order on Sunday? Then we will prepare your order for shipment on Monday. You can expect your package on Tuesday.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
That depends on your order amount and your country. Here is an overview:
The Netherlands & Belgium: Free shipping on orders from €30. Do you order under €30? Then we charge €4.95 shipping costs.
Germany: Free shipping on orders from €30. For orders under €30, you pay €4.95 shipping costs.
France: For orders to France, we charge €7.95 shipping costs.
Austria: Free shipping on orders from €50. Between €30 and €49.99, you pay €7.95. For orders under €30, you pay €9.95 shipping costs.
Which carrier do you use?
Our packages are shipped with DHL and FedEx. If you are not at home, the delivery driver will leave a note with a new delivery appointment. A signature is required to receive the package.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace number from us to track your DHL or FedEx package.
